Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times As our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our suppliers, please allow the following estimated delivery windows:

United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

Europe: 10–20 business days

United States & Canada: 10–20 business days

Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Please note these are estimates and delays may occur due to customs clearance or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders as shown at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at marcus_taylor9899@hotmail.co.uk and we will investigate with the supplier on your behalf.
